Chris Baio is most recognized for his bass playing with Vampire Weekend, but the man is hosting a Halloween dance party at Zanzabar. This sounds so glorious.

Fruit Bats are a 90s Chicago band that was quite influential to the folk-rock revival in the 2000s.

Drive-By Truckers, with Kyle Craft
Another Athens, GA bred band, Drive-By Truckers are stopping by Headliners to share their new release, American Band.
Nashville’s Natural Child have a new album, Okey Dokey, and it sounds realllll nice.
This new weekly trivia sounds like my kind of time.
Thursday (11/3) –
Russ is a young rapper out of New Jersey, but he actually has ties back to Kentucky. He’ll be at the Mercury Ballroom on his Yung God Tour.
We were at Zanzabar last March when Eliot Lipp was in town last, and although the crowd in attendance was definitely into his set, I certainly hope more people show up for this extra special treat.
Robert Randolph & The Family Band
Robert Randolph’s steel pedal chops are enough to bring me in, but the rest of the fam seal the deal.
Frederick the Younger, Joann & The Dakota
Two local dandies will be at The New Vintage.
Friday (11/4) –
Hip-hop fans need to head to The Palace again this week! This young Philly rapper has quickly risen as a need to know artist.
Dave Moisan- The Heavyweight Album Release Party, with A Lion Named Roar and Kylan Road
Dave Moisan is unfortunately out of the running on The Voice but he does have a new album that everyone in Louisville NEEDS TO HEAR! We’re headed to Chicago for some rugby action and are super bummed to miss this one!
